Ocean Perch

firm & mild fillets

Pacific Ocean Perch fillets are cut from a wide variety of fish sizes so a bag will tend to have more individual pieces than, say, a bag of Orca Bay saljmon. This is actually a plus for the home cook – the fillets cook up with speedy ease & the smaller fillets are ideal for fish tacos, fish & chips, & seafood stews. Awesome “fast meal” fish.
