Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Orca Bay Flounder, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, minced
  • Pinch, black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375oF.  Butter a low-rimmed baking pan.

Rinse and pat dry the flounder fillets; place on buttered pan.

Stir salt into buttermilk, then brush fillets with salted buttermilk.

Sprinkle with chopped chives and black pepper.

Bake in preheated oven for 8 – 10 minutes.  Serve.
