Teriyaki Marinade for Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

  • Orca Bay Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • Optional 1/4 cup Sake (Japanese Rice Wine) or White Wine

Instructions

Marinade salmon 40 minutes or longer. Barbeque each salmon fillet or steak on medium heat 3½ minutes per side or until flaky.

Also GREAT on poultry, meats, and other seafoods.
