Mango Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Orca Bay Mahi Mahi Fillets
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped basil

Instructions

• Cut fish into serving sized portions and place in a glass dish or bowl. Combine oil, juice and basil and pour over fish. Cover and refridgerate for 1 hour.

•Prepare grill surface by coating with oil. When coals or heating element are ready, place fish on grill about 6 inches away from heat. Grill the Mahi Mahi portions 5-6 minutes each side, basting before turning fish one time.
