Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain in colander.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until garlic becomes aromatic. Add the thawed and drained langostinos, drained pasta, the cream, cheese, black pepper, and parsley. Toss over low heat until pasta is well coated with sauce, and all ingredients are heated through, approximately 4 – 5 minutes.
