FOR ZESTY COCKTAIL SAUCE
In medium mixing bowl, stir together chili sauce and ketchup.
Add horseradish (to taste), then add seasonings -
Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay® Seasoning or celery salt, lemon
juice, and black pepper. Stir to blend, than chill before serving.
FOR LANGOSTINO COCKTAIL
In chilled martini glass, place 1/4 C. of cocktail sauce. Gently
place half of the thawed langostinos over cocktail sauce and
garnish with diced red, green, yellow bell peppers. Garnish
glass with a sprig of parsley and a lime wedge.
