Slice zucchini into ½ inch thick discs and cut onion in half, then slice it into ½ inch thick sections.
In a medium pan on high heat, sauté’ prawns with grape seed oil and garlic until the prawns become orange (about 1 minute each side). Sprinkle with a little salt, black pepper and paprika. Set aside.
In the same pan, heat crab meat and sprinkle with paprika and black pepper. Set aside with prawns.
Again in the same pan, add 1 more tablespoon of oil and sauté’ zucchini with a little salt for about a minute. Make sure to not overcook.
Quickly sauté’ the onion with a little salt.
To assemble, stack 3-4 zucchini on a bed of onions. Place two prawns on top of zucchini and finish with King Crab on the top. You may garnish with the garlic chive.
