Halibut Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2 Orca Bay Seafoods Halibut 6-8oz fillets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4-5 Crimini mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, cut into bite-sized strips
  • 1/2 white onion, cut into bite-sized strips
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 Cup white wine
  • Oil for sauteeing
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan add oil and sautee onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes, or until onions start to become slightly opaque. 
  • Add fish and sautee until lightly colored.
  • Add in paprika, dill and white wine. Cover and simmer until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork. 
  • Gently fold in the sour cream and simmmer a few more minutes to warm the sour cream, stirring frequently.
