Halibut in Dijonnaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Orca Bay halibut fillets
  • 8 oz. baby shrimp
  • 4 oz. artichoke hearts, marinated
  • 4 tbsp. Dijonnaise Sauce
  • 8 slices Havarti cheese
  • Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Sauce: 2 tsp. country style Dijon mustard
  • Sauce: Dash of lemon juice
  • Sauce: Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place halibut fillets in baking pan.
  • Cover with shrimp, artichokes
 and cover with Dijonnaise Sauce.
  • Top with Havarati cheese on each 
fillet.
  • Bake preheated oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until 
fish is firm and cheese is lightly browned.
  • Each may be baked 
individually in separate dishes.
  • Drain excess liquids before serving.
