Halibut Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flaked (precooked) Orca Bay halibut
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  • Precook 8-10oz Halibut, flake, set aside.
  • Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10” greased pie plate.
  • Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme.
  • Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.
  • Bake at 400°F for 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese.
  • Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges.
  • Garnish with tomato and parsley.
